Pro Wrestling - Another Worthless Opinion

Hey there. I like wrassle-fightin’. And there’s been a lot of talk about our first pro-wrestling article on MvsR. McWrath’s article shows you the kind of first impression wrestling leaves on people who can actually make their Mac & Cheese without burning their housing project down…
Noted, making fun of wrestling is like shooting fish in a bucket, but I thought this was a good read if you have the attention span for it. Big words make for big brain ouchy! Nevertheless, I thought it was fun to read.
It seems people have become hardened and bitter with the internet’s glut of stupid opinions, pro-wrestling “news” and “rumors”, and “reviewers” trying to sound so witty you nearly burn yourself from the warm glow of their beaming self-love.
Wrestling fans, especially, have become all too ready to defend the shows.
But let’s face it, fans don’t OWN wrestling, and they don’t own anymore of the “right” to criticize or review it than anybody else.. new fans, non-fans, or otherwise…
And for Christ’s sake, you ass-heads, this is JUST THE STUPID FUCKING INTERNET! Of course, NO ONE CARES WHAT ANYONE HAS TO SAY ABOUT ANYTHING! It’s just supposed to be fun… like wrestling was supposed to be fun, way back when you could open your mouth about it and have an opinion without a bunch of brattly turds trying to impress each other with how sarcastic they can be.
Now, I know a bunch of you are just going to read three words of what I have to say, then make some generalization about me being basically a fag, an idiot, or whatever… I don’t care if you go ahead and prove how sad and predictable you are.
But, as an 18-year fan of wrestling, I think it’d do the shows a whole lot of good if some of their fans weren’t such lame ass pricks… besides, if you achieve your goal of discouraging anyone but “real fans” talking about wrestling, then how is that good for the business? And how is that good for the shows that we grew up watching?
I like wrestling, and hey, I’m glad McWrath watched it and enjoyed it… yeah, if you’d read more than a paragraph, you’d realize she liked it… and even if she didn’t, I’m glad she talked about it…
Because I want other people to enjoy wrestling too… if it’s not in the same way I do, I don’t really give a crap, because more talk and more fans ensures that wrestling will continue for years…
You want wrestling to get the respect it deserves, try having an ounce of respect for yourself and other people when you write about it… or don’t.. Just don’t bitch and complain about wrestling fans getting stereotyped as redneck assholes at home in their parent’s basements with a case of Genny and a stained wife-beater, then all right?
Again, the Internet has plenty of space on it last time I checked. If you’re so full of “better” opinions then write your own damn articles… we’d probably even post them here… Because we realize, that even though no one’s opinion really matters, they’re sometimes fun to read.
Stop ruining my fun, or I’ll have fun beating your Grandma to death with my penis.
